All good questions. But what a can of worms. I don’t know how we take anecdotal information (I have a fair amount myself) and draw useful conclusions. There are some useful guidelines which have been often repeated here. And maybe that is enough. When I get back to my computer I will offer some procedures that have worked for me.
NEVER use epoxy between between 11am-3pm.

Yeah everything is good. I posted my latest on the “what are you working on” thread. I used some of the tips you gave me on cerex so thx for that. Any thing new with you? It still baffles me that guys have trouble with epoxy. I have never built a board with poly.
