Resin Research Kwick Kick Resin , Quality 3M tape , 6oz cloth , PPG mixing cups , Random Pigments and Tints , Low Tech Lab.....and we learned it all from Austin Sanders who posted on youtube....aka Austin Surfboards. Had to change up a few things because Austin Surfboards is using polyester resin.........

The board made it to San Fran! Waiting for ride reports....waiting for good waves.
This is a starting point not an end all......if everything works out the board (and rider) will be at the Big Sur campout at the end of Sept 2012.....
...now..... I just need another shaped blank to go crazy on........sanding sucks!!!

Nice post though, I really like how sharp the cut line is. Did you razor it or sand down at a thickened tape line? At what point of cure?
