hey guys i notice on foam ez they have poly board kits…but i live in florida and the shipping isnt worth it…does anyone know where i can get a board kit in the florida area and it be poly or eps/epoxy…

what part of florida are you in? Here in Jax there are a few people that will sell you a kit.
i’m down south…i have a blank i could sell ya…and fiberglass…and resin…and finboxes…and whatever else.
If you’re around Brevard county, you could buy most of what you
need for an eps/epoxy at Resin Research. For poly I don’t know of anyone
who sells a packaged “kit” as such but you can get materials from
several suppliers here or try to find a board manufacturer that will sell to you.
That’s how we did it when I was a kid. You may get chased out of a
couple of factories before someone takes pity on you and sells you
what you need. Or they may play a joke on you and “forget” to tell
you to put wax in your hotcoats. It’s all in fun.

I got my first kit from shine (the link that oneula posted) I was happy with everything especially Scott’s customer service very helpful. He does post here maybe he will chime in. The shipping was reasonable to NY so I would imagine you could get something worked out for Florida.
