EPS GLASS JOB- resin and cloth recommendations, etc...

BACKGROUND

I am shaping / glassing an eps board for the first time. I wanted to shape a board and could only find an eps blank so I am trying to get the basics down so I can make this thing happen.** It is a 2.1 PCF 4mm ply 6’8" thick Marko “natural” foam blank with the black stamp**.  I am to glass the board in my garage with a space heater set to 77 degrees.  I do not plan to spackle this as it seems as though some people have delam issues with it.  I am gonna go for function over asthetics.

WHAT IS THE BEST TYPE OF CLOTH TO USE.?..E,  S,   WARP?

WHAT TYPE OF RESIN IS BEST TO USE…?           RESIN RESEARCH?

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE COLORED FUTURE FIN BOXES?

CAN I USE A REGULAR LAMINATE (i would like to put a surfrider foundation logo on it) WITH EPOXY?

Thanks for your advice!

e glass is fine it is the standard, S glass can be a little harder to work with. I like resin research epoxy it works well. good uv stabalizers to prevent yellowing as well as a pretty easy sand. Colored fututes are almost the same as regular but they have added slits in them to help resin escape when you press into the route. It is an expensive install kit like 205 for the complete kit. yes rice paper works well, or just print out on computer paper you can see it a little bit but it works.

Thanks for the advice.   Do the 2 parts of the epoxy resin weigh the same per fluid ounce?..  I hear about guys weighing out the resin, but I do not have a scale.  I was planning on using the same measuring cup and trying to go about it that way.   Does that sound like a mistake to you?  I will go with the E glass.

If I am to do a 6 + 4 ounce deck on a board that is 5’6 x 19.25 x 2.35    how much do you think I would need to laminate the deck?.. and how much for a 6 oz bottom?
