cheers for posting that !

from what I could ‘sort of’  see  [ my laptop has a really slow connection , small storage … and no sound , now ?! ] , it looked interesting !

I’ll attempt to watch it , with headphones on , on a better computer some  day soon , hopefully  ?

it’s always  nice to see different stuff return to sways …

  cheers !

    ben

that is all-time awesome! thanks for sharing. i’ve embedded it here to make life easier

Can anybody tell me what the small rectangular cut out section is for? I see this near the tail on almost every one of these boards.

It’s for the fin.  Removable system for flex spoons.

Thankyou for that.  It makes a good case for holding on to your old boards. Way beyond a picture which is  worth a thousand words.  Wonder how far the waves are?

I was traveling five or six years ago and ended up surfing with a guy named Gueron (or something close???) at a nice private spot north Santa Barbara.  Anyways,  he had some very interesting craft similar to the more conservative of Neal’s.  Credited all to Greenough.  What a Visionary, trust funded or not.

Can anyone tell me the purpose of these cutaways?

Are they for flex?

or is it to induce/ isolate/ alter flow??

For flex.
