Hey just wondering if anyone knew where to get the template etc for the FCS Fusion setup in aussie?
I’ve tried googling but no luck…

Having myself as a backyard board builder tried to deal with surf hardware aus, I found there to be too many hoops to jump through.
Can i recommend that you google Probox fin systems and use their products. They are super friendly and really helpful from my experience and the site has an instructional vid to help.If you email Robin Mair from probox he will help but their ozzy contact is currently in indo.
The Probox system and the fusion sytems are similar but in Aus unless you have an account with FCS its difficult to get their bits. They wont sell over the counter.Perhaps you can try a friendly local board builder.
However Bryant from surfhardware in the US who surfs these pages is very helpful but obviously a long way away but he is connected and does offer assistance.
I’m not sure this thread will create the same stink as one of my previous but if you search “FCS installation” in the swaylock relm you may find it interesting to read.

I’ll add my .02 cents. I used probox for the first time not long ago. Sooooooo easy, honestly, very hard to f&ck it up. AND, you can move the fins forward and back in the box, change the cant on the fins, and fcs fins will fit in the box fine. Im just a backyard hack, only done a few boards, and wouldn’t go back.
probox is a good honest system and larry is good guy to deal with. i love fusion system as well. its perfect for thin tails and is a very strong install and most definately the cleanest ,fastest install of them all. the polycarb router jig and bit is a really nice way of routing boxes and i do them by glassing bottom first them routing and gluing in boxes then i put a glass patch over that and hotcoat the whole lot . awsome
Hmmm…probox sounds good…I might give it a whirl…any idea how much for the template and router piece?
