If I had video of how well they work, there'd be  a lot more interest.

lokbox jig - 2 part, CNC cut  - happy to share the drawing if anyone else would find it useful

Where abouts are ya saltbush?? I have some probox router jigs. Honestly they aren't dear at all, but i'll lend em to you if you want. Also, you can just put an order in yourself, as, again, they aren't dear at all, even sending from such a long way, and larry and robin are great to deal with. I have set of the aipa twin fins, which i think are the only ones here in oz.

yep, fcs fins fit, and you can change the cant, and ,move forward and back.

Im in Vicco, ut as I am going to be doing a few boards for mates and a couple of 'buyers' I think Im best off just buying some jigs! I have seen surfing greeen in OZ selling the pro box jigs with router bit for quite reasonable.

Thanks heaps for your offer to lend me your jigs, thats very kind!

Given that probox can accomodate FCS fins i think that the way to go, as I can use my existing FCS fins and buy FCS fins when I want a change..perhaps eventually pro box fins will be more wodely available in OZ also.

Anyway thanks again for the offer

Alright guys - I've been searching for a printable template to help make manufacturing my own jig easier… needless to say there aren't really any full-size templates available - so I used a little adobe illustrator magic and made my own. This is sized to scale and pretty much perfectly matches up with an actual jig depending how steady you are with scissors. The cut marks are imposed over a photo of the real jig so you can get a reference to mark your toe points with. Hope this helps everyone! Just print, cut, trace onto whatever you're making your jig out of and you have the exact footprint of the jig.

For the new setups, Fusion, FCSii and Origins. The base thicknesses are all different. You may want to start at one and make sure all of them are designed with the proper thicknesses.

FCS was smart and made it so if you have a dedicated router for Fusion, you dont have to make any adjustments for FCSii and Origins its all taken care of with the base.
