I’ve got plenty of panel lay-up experience, but never got 'round to doing one to fit FCS…
How many layers of 6oz should I use ?
Anyone got any tips on getting the base tabs all neat ?
Each layer of 6 oz, if rolled after wetted, will be about 0.01" thick. FCS tabs are 0.25" thick. I recommend 26 layers, and then sand thin to fit.
Use a jigsaw to cut the base tabs and it should all work out. Good luck.
