first complete board

hi all

submitted for your approval…(or disapproval)

just finished my first complete board. she is actually the 8th board i have shaped, but the first i have done all steps myself (shape, fins, glass, grind, etc)

cant wait to get her in the water if only mother ocean would cooperate.

all comments are welcome and appreciated (positive or negative)

she is 6’0’’ . 19 1/2’’ . 2 1/4’'. i set it up with 5 fin boxes so i can experiment with different fin set ups, both quad and thruster.

this whole experience has given me a renewed respect for everyone involved in the birth of surfboard. it is so easy to screw up the design at each and every stage of the process. a good artist, glasser, fin man, and grinder should be highly valued.

Hi Brasco,

Looking good,

Be carefull not to overturn your limbs, looks like she turns like wooohooo

The board looks like magic for going fast rail to rail!
