My son Jack wants a board like mine. He’s about 100 lbs and 5 feet tall. I’ve an old, beat up Ken Bradshaw I’ll strip for the blank. It’s 19.5" wide. I just need a template. Has anyone made a small fish for a kid? How wide at the nose, mid, and tail? How long?

The program doesn’t allow to draw the actual fishtail, sorry, you’ll have to do it yourself.

This “SurfDesigner” program is the brainchild of PierreB who also posts here regularly (when his work allows him some spare time, that is). I find it very user-friendly. I use it all the time when I get an order through an e-mail: within minutes, I can send my customer a rough picture of what I intend to shape him and ask for changes he would like to make to the first template.
