Hi Matt, I am back in the water after two and a half weeks in dry dock. Malibu was fine this AM with a bit of offshore wind and some sets in the head high range. I have not seen Flo in a while. Was wondering if he is still in So. Cal. Sounds like he is still around. Come south, we could find a couple with your name on 'em. Roger

hey guys, I’m still landlocked in germany. haven’t surfed for about four weeks! I’m trying to stay in shape paddling an old beater in the river - against the stream. also got some swim fins and swimming in the lakes here a lot. I miss riding my Simmons! Aloha, flo
Dale, The doctor called it tendenditis. He zeroed in on it in an instant. He (Dr. Mellman) is a sports doctor and is the team doctor for the LA Dodgers and some of the other pro sports teams. He is also a surfer and a swimmer. He advised some meds and to get back in the water as long as it does not get worse with the paddleing. It seems to get a little sore after an hour or so of paddleing, but the next morning it is ok. I been putting ice on it and I would say it is about 90% there. It is good to be back in the water. Just got back from Malibu,I have givin in and went out,Sun. with Steve to teach our buddys kid .Looks like Steve is going back in the water.Today fun 2to4 waters nice.Hey Flo when are you comin back, Andreini just finshed a chambered Hot curl redwood and balsa 10’4’'.
Kirk, I used to love watch Steve ride Malibu. I don’t think I have seen him there since 1994 ±. I hope to see you both in the line up. What about that footage you mentioned that he was working on? When will it be available? Thanks, Roger
