I give it “two thumbs up” …so good to see mainly footage of some monster pipes and bowls and pools being skated…Mickey and Steve Alba RIP !!! …NO DOUBT !!
So… what does this have to do with a surfboard design forum , you may ask ?
Well, the only connection I can see is the over-vertical weightlessness, and the body dynamics .
Oh and also… although the boards they are riding are just under half the width and length of a surfboard [mostly!], it sure looks like surfing to me …particularly the pipe riding footage
…Dave , be inspired !! … Maybe you could see if you could hook up with Herb and ‘the boys’ for some new millenium update footage of them …
