forgot fin reinforcement patches... :(

So, I forgot my fin patches on a 6’2’ fish (4 oz. 1x) when laminating and I have already hotcoated (forgot patches then, too, duh). My question is, I have a set of FCSs and a set of glass-ons. Since I’m already down this unfortunate road, which set of fins do you feel would be best strength-wise? Also, is it too late to add patches on top of the hotcoat? Ugly fix, I know, but…

Just sand the hotcoat normally, then apply one or two patches, then choose either box or glasson fins. No problem.
