are there any shapers from south west france contributing here? i will be in the Hossegor area later this month for work and would love to sneak in and have a look at someones work/art. i am more or less a newbie and i don’t have any shapers around in my area. thanks for your help and input.
Lots of things to see in Hossegor : Surfoam (www.surfoam.com) manufactures surfboard blanks Rip Curl has its european headquarters there : the factory shop sells anything 40% off retail price (wetsuits, watches …) Billabong Europe is there as well … Local shapers (I’m not sure Maurice Cole’s still living in Hossegor) : Chevallier surfboard, Gérard Dabadie. … And most of all : great hollow waves (see below) !!!
