From Olympia Washington to San Diego, CA...

I need to get my 24’ Unlimited Class Paddleboard from here to there…

It only weights about 30# so any roof rack will work…

Any suggestions…???..

Thanks in advance,.

Paul

I don’t think my Samurai can carry a 24’er. I can get a 13’er on it.

Try posting an ad on Craigslist under the Community section “Rideshare”. You may find someone you can trust to take it down there for you for small compensation. I’ve had pretty good luck with Craigslist.

I did the Cragslist posting this evening…BUT, if I could get a Sway person, I’d feel mo bettah…

Paddle it, Paul! Mike

Not much I can do to help you get it down here Paul but if there is anything I can do to lend a hand once it gets down here let me know.

Sorry I can’t be more help in this endeavor.

I need to transport a yellow 13’5" x 22.5" light weight Single fin Surfboard from Carlsbad, San Diego, CA to Olympia (going to Lacey), WA…Any roof rack will work…It’s not heavy, just long…

I’m trading it for a 24’ x 30# unlimited class paddleboard…I do not need a ride, just the surfboard…

Nothing urgent, but need to get it there…

Thanks in advance…

The Pics show the yellow surfboard that I need transported and the blue 24’ paddleboard that I am trading it for. You don’t have to bring the paddleboard back , unless of course it would not be a problem for you. we are arranging transport of that from Olympia to San Diego on craigslist as well.

You guys wheel and deal on a much Larger scale than me !!! I just trade for fins and short board blanks. Hope it all works out.

Ray

Yeah, this is the biggest trade I’ve done… ever. However, rocklobster seems to have solved the transport equation for us… he’s bringing the 24’er down at the end of the month and taking the 13’5" back with him. I thought it was going to be a trade drawn out over months of searching for a transporter… thanks rocklobster!

Ditto…

The Sway community ROCKS…!!!..

Hey guys, no worries. I got the Van done and I am picking up the 24’ this afternoon…leaving behind 8’ at 18 seconds and its offshore…rats!

I will keep ya posted, Paul, give me a call this pm, I will be at Tara’s.

Did I miss you? I thought you were heading back on the 7th. Hopefully you’re still down here.
