Been looking at my 6’11’’ egg, and just didn’t like it. So, today while i wait for some lam resin to finish off a single fin, i re templated my egg, down to a modern kinda quadfish.
6’6’’
15 1/8’’ Nose
21 wide + 2’’
14 5/8’’ Tail
6’’ x 1 1/2’’ swallow.
Fins placement i’ll worry about when the time comes.
I really like my twin keel, so i want something similar, but with a bit more performance, and something a bit better suited for more hollow waves.
Here’s a rough cut pic.
Oh, by the way, i used a coping saw to rough cut, WOW, you can cut right up to 1/8’’ from the line quite easily. Cuts easy, and im gunna save a lot of time on surforming/sanding.
Rocker shot
Its around 4 1/2’’ nose, and 2’’ tail.
