From the engineering department at Endless Winter ...

Had some down time this week, got 2 boards done (well nearly done.)

First is this 8'3" 'fun gun' sort of board ... first resin swirl and cut lap I've tried and it turned out OK.

Second is an idea I've had for a long time, that I finally put together.  A 4 piece longboard for travel.  Yes, I know, it leaves something to be desired cosmetically ... but it weighs in at around 25 lb., and becomes a 9'2" when it's all put together.  Just finished putting the hardware in it to connect it together, have to add some foam rubber gaskets between the sections and find something to carry it in.  The next one will be more beautiful and as functional I promise ... it's just a prototype ...

And the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's.........

I'm a neat freak...when I look at your workshop I say What The F............

I thought my garage was a mess!

WHOA!!!

are you married?

I will never EVER think anything bad about Keith’s garage again…

A clean garage is the sign of a sick mind.

An overlooked resource here on Swaylocks is the “Swaylopedia”

Unfortunately, “broom” and “dustpan” are not listed…this needs to be fixed.

Endless - like the gunny shape but am a bit worried about how the nose and tail will hold up under “blunt force trauma” with those crosswise stringers. Reasoning - other than cosmetic ?

You guys should know by now that one man's trash is another's treasure.  BTW endless - are you using that propane tank?  How 'bout that issue of Highlights with Farrah Fawcett on the cover - right there next to the bioreactor poking out from underneath the shower curtain on top of the Delorian.

Just kidding.  Builds look good.  Can we see some pics of that travel board broken down?

Aw c'mon guys stop busting my chops ... it was clean when I bought it ...

Seriously I'm like one of the world's most disorganized persons ... but I do have some good ideas ... sometimes ...

Maybe when this recession is over I can afford Merry Maids or something I dunno ...

Either I’m such a purist that I didn’t notice the mess, only the surfboards, OR, it could be that my own garage is such an unholy mess I just didn’t think anything of EW’s garage organizational skills. I think it’s the latter!

I know you didn’t ask me, but yes, I’m married. No, I have no idea how/why she puts up with me!

Billy,

The board is quite nice looking, as well as a functional design.   Well done.   The shop floor is not unlike surf shops of the 1950's.
