Help! I have a future fin set up that I need to repair. One of the lead boxes has broken loose. I managed to clear the glass over the box and remove it without any damage to either the board or the box (beyond what’s already there) with a rotary tool. There is still residual foam on the box itself from when it was first installed. So where from here? I wanted to ask rather than just glue it back in with resin/qcell mix. I want it to last and not just break again. Any help is appreciated. Mahalo.
i’d say glue it back in with some strong epoxy, the 5 min. stuff, then fill anything else with q-cell and fibers. i’m not %100 on how the future system works,
i guess you could pop it back it in but I don’t know how well that would work. I think the standard way would be to put in a new box and glass it over again.
