Need to find out fin placement dims using Futures Controller fins on a 6’ mini simmons stub. Actually, general quad fin placement dims on this type of board would be very helpful. Can anyone share?

I know the placement for the D-fin keels on those has them 3" forward of the tail. With a quad you could put the rear fin there and the front fin forward of that and get a sweet spot that’s just a little further forward than that for the keels. .
I’d like to reopen this thread,
I am about to cut boxes and the best dimensions that I have were shared to me by Karl
“Front fins: trailing edge 11” from tail, 1 1/4" off thevrail, toed in 1/4"
Rear fins: trailing edge 5" from tail, 1 3/4" off the rail, toed in 1/8".
This is what I am going to go with, I donr really understand the toed in. Does that mean the trailing edge is really. 1 in off the rail the the leading edge is 1 1/4"???
Thanks for your help

No. It means the trailing edge is 1" off the rail, and the leading edge is 1/4" closer to the stringer than the trailing edge.
