any of you have experience with glass ons G10 s with polyester resin?

may be Im wrong but seems more a mechanical than chemical bond…

glass it on with epoxy and you wont have any problems.

epoxy binds to cured poly but poly doesn’t bind to cured epoxy.

Polyester resin is fine. Prep the surfaces with acetone (and dry them) before glassing them on with poly. If you glass them on with epoxy resin, prep with DNA, dry, and glass on. Rough the surfaces to be bonded before using the resin and glass.

I said a mechanical bond instead of chemical

because the poly adhesion to epoxy

so dunno to go with this material (that is good but isnt cheap) in my glass ons (to the customers) if in a few month can delaminate…
