Thanks for the feedback. The width is actually 23 1/4" @ center, not 23 1/2". I outlined the fin with a red sharpie and it turned purple and red around the edges when glassed…interesting. Over the weekend I took it out in some knee slappers at Rincon. The board has a nice glide feeling, paddles well, and the nose is stable - easy to hang em. It’s hard to tell a lot on a day like that so I’m anxious to get it out this weekend in bigger surf. Maybe the conditions will hold for Friday. Saturday we’re expecting rain. Yeah. Surf was nice this morning. When I drove up at 6am there was a 4-footer peeling over the point, no one on it. Proneman, did you see the belly rider on the 8’8 Paul Gross design? Yea,that belly rider is out there all the time barking like an ole seal at the dropins. I had a good time. It had been over a week since I had been out, so it felt good! Nice picture of Rincon. See you again at some Point or another.
