Glass job problems, few catalyst

Glassed my new board last week and seems i have a situation. The bottom was perfect, the deck i think not so much. For the deck i used 4x6oz cloth and glassed with a light blue tint. I used 1400 ml of resin for about 7ml of catalyst to have plenty of time to bend the laps.

It took about 4 hours for it to gel to do the cutlap, and when i did the top sheet cloth even “unglued” when i was turning it around. I had to fix it quickly with some clear resin. I was hoping that it would dry properly the next couple days. Now it seems that the glass is not dry, when i was grinding the cutlaps i even found my self with small pieces of sticky resin on my hand!!

So i’m afraid if the board will have resistance issues, will it happen?!? Pressure dings will show up more easily?!? Anymore issues?!?

Is there anything i can do to solve the mistake?!?!

did all the resin drain out of the cloth too? 4 hrs to gel is WAY too long. ‘glass’ doesn’t ‘dry’… resin cures, and chances are this will take a long time to cure, so yes, I believe it will ding easy. Use UV cure next time with the same amount of catalyst

try to flood it with a thin filler coat of lam resin with your squeegee kicked a bit hotter.
