Can someone tell me the best way to glass EPS blanks? I’ve been told there are at least 3 different methods.

DEPENDS…how much you know, how skilled you are, how much time do you want and need to spend, your needs for most technologically advanced finished product, the availibility of advanced hightech materials at you disposal.
Glass cloth and epoxy. Go thru the archives. Do a search on epxoy. McDing
If you have the equipment to vac bag it, go for it. If you don’t, lamm it up like a poly, except don’t waste your epoxy!
Just before the actual glassing I spread on a thin layer of epoxy and qcell mixed up into a thick paste to seal up the blank so it doesn’t suck up excess resin. When I say spread, as it’s quite thick I get the squeege and really press down and force the mix into the foam, then laminate straight away onto this.
