Howdy! Any glassers out there wanna help out some lucky kid with a glass job? I have a couple boards that wil be up for auction and all the proceeds go to charity. This is in Carlsbad, CA. Legit fund raising company in Carlsbad will be hosting this event and also advertising anyone who helps name and or company. Want some local EXPOSURE? Got time for a free glass job? All materials will be provided, just your know how is what we need.

who normaly glasses your boards?
I do, but for this event I thought it might be cool to have something like "up for raffle essential surfboards and "acme" glassing present the silver bullet fish" or whatever you know? Get some advertising for a couple of local dudes that could use it. My glassing skills are not the hottest so I thought I'd outsource it.

sanded or glossed/polished?
Two w/ sanded finish.
What are your rates?
my rates are based on complete board start to finish
sanded finish short board $435 add color and gloss, pinlines, more,,, add veneer, more
longboard $800 and up,,,
depending on the person and situation I do offer discounts
usualy for friends and kids
like adding one side tint and maybe polishing if I have some extra gloss
If these boards are to be raffled for advertizment,,, color and polish would be the order of the day
right on. I'm still getting this laminating down, cant wait for the colors and cloth inlays and all the fun stuff.
