When you sai Low RPMS… how many? I use between 2500 and 3000 RPMS for every sand paper…

one layer of fabric on the the bottom, two on the deck (the first with normal lap and the second before the rail curve) hot coat and gloss coat…
The rice paper direct on the blank also the carbon fibers…
