ya , i didn't meet nan until like 69 or 70 mike,
i bought like 4 pairs of shorts from her,but i owned like 50 pairs in my life time.
she'd give me a pair almost every time i went in.
but,i did send her alot of traffic.
i never did get my boys to surf the katin.
i was already strapped for time.

Hey sickdog, Gordie used to make surfboards under the pier. No circus, except for the rancor of a few wildcat oilmen drinking on or under the pier after hours.

Anyone know of a shaper with the initials “MJS” who might have worked for Gordie?
There’s a pretty decent Gordie on Ebay rght now, and MJS is written inside the lam, below the serial #.
Infinity Surfboards Steve Boehne learned from Gordie. Jim Fuller did a few. Harold Walker even did a few in the 50’s, But Gordie did a sh@t load.

I have an 8 1/2 foot Gordie surfboard. Any idea what it’s worth?
Photo’s will give folks chance to evaluate the board, and estimate it’s value.

You may as well ask: “How long is a piece of string?”
Without good, clear photos you are wasting your time (and electrons)
