Howzit ozzy, Never had a problem with wicking or bleeding but I don't tape my rice paper to another sheet, I just run the rice paper through my printer. I do a lot of lams for people and it would take me days if I had to attach the rice paper to another piece of paper, I'm talking like over 100 lams a month. In fact as I write this I have orders for about 120 lams. My next big purchase is a large format scanner and printer so I can do bigger lams and get more on one sheet of paper. Welcome the world of graphic design and printing and don't hesitate to ask any questions.Aloha,Kokua
It could easily be the older printer or the ink it uses. The first try the lam paper just wadded up inside the printer, then tried taping it. It ran through fine, but wicked. So I do it the way I do it now because of the those probs and the cheap equip I have. Works well for me, but I’m sure it would be a nightmare for mass production and heavy loads like you do.
Thanks for the offer.
