gun for jardim do mar

Greetings board-heads,
I have two blanks which will provide me with a 6’11 and 7’9 for autumn and winter playtime in jardim do mar and friends. I have some ideas but hope that the experience of you nice, resin-intoxicated foam-mowers will help me design a better board than I will on my own.

Me:- Normally ride 6’1x18.25x2.5”” thumb tail thrusters or 5’4 pintail… was about to say fish but don’t want to be shouted at… pintail thing with a twinzer set-up? I surf a lot, in my early 30s, 80 kilos. Quite comfortable in heavy waves but tend to draw long lines once it’s up to DOH.

My board thoughts are that a 7’9 would be a scaled up version of a 6’11.

6’11 x 19.25” x2.75. Wide point @ centre+3”. Nose -12” Tail 13” Slight nose belly to single concave, then vee. Softish rails. Quad fins placed using Mckee formula, glassed on, larger rear fins, double foiled. Rocker accelerating from wide point, nose rocker 4.25”, tail rocker 1.5”
I was thinking blue was a pretty color but see in the archives that red is faster?
I change my mind every time I look in the archives so would appreciate any opinions.
