Can’t be Florida . Florida terrain is completely flat . That looks like California smog looking towards Malibu from somewhere in the South Bay. The board , my guess is probably a Jacobs or Weber looking at the outline of the board and fin.
Was Torrance Beach, watched the filming. Childhood vision of Adam West in full Bat costume sitting in a directors chair sucking down beer between takes.

I’m pretty sure its a GN Cat. The bottom hull and board outline looks identical to vintage Cats I’ve seen and the collector ones I worked on in the 90’s.
