Just a quick few questions on dimensions - - when quoting widths, where exactly is tail width & nose width taken from? Am I right in understanding that the widths are measured halfway between the widepoint & nose/tail, or halfway between the actual middle of the board & nose/tail. - how exactly is toe-in for fins measured? For example, how is ‘3/8 toe’ measured. Thanks to anyone who can help clear this up for me, Phil
nose and tail widths are measured one foot from the nose, and one foot from the tail, respectively. toe-in is how much closer the leading edge of the fin is to the stringer than the trailing edge of the fin.
