Help with epoxy over EPS, please

I pre-shaped the plywood stringer to rocker & thickness. I then glued in the deck to the top edge of the stringer and that put the rocker right in it. I shaped the bottom down to the stringer once the glue set.

What is rr epoxy and where can I find it?

So, you didn’t make a hot wire and cut it? How much time did you spend shaping the bottom to rocker?

I was concerned that planing eps, particularly low density 1# bead board, would be a disaster and was gonna drag out the hotwire gear … but, after making many test cuts with my Bosch planer on the eps, it works remarkably well with no or very little tear out. No need for hotwire, for me. YMMV.

I’m a complete beginner here. What model Bosch do you have? How did you “take” the rocker template from your other board?
