Thanks so much for the superchargers. I got them a while back and with work it took me a while to put them in. Plus living in FL, the conditions have not been so good to give them a fair test. Before I put them in I showed them to some friends. A luke warm reception at best. I think everyone is jaded from all the gimmicks pushed at them over the years. Anyway this Christmas break I got some decent waves, nothing epic (chest high, offshore, nice little barrel sections), but the fins work. The board worked well before I put them in, but with the superchargers in, and the way I have my concave setup (flat under the front foot going to a triple concave in back third of the board through the fin cluster), it feels like the board changes gears as I go down the line. They add drive and made the board feel looser, without making the board feel weird in a cutback or coming off the bottom. Thanks for the hook up. Can I buy some more? I would like to retro fit a 6’10" egg I have. And I would like to put them in the epoxy I am doing now. If you have time and don’t mind just let me know what I have to do.
Thanks so much for the superchargers.>>> No problem Mike, just let me know what size your side fins will be,and the rest is history!!!..this is downtown 2…over,and out.
“Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!” : “Herbie, Herbie, Herbie!”
Right on! Both boards I would like to fit up have G5 type fins. The 6’10" has G5 fcs up front, and the epoxy board will have glass ons. I checked their fin template to the G5 and they are identical. So I guess some superchargers like the last ones would be great. I believe they were your type IV chargers. Just let me know if I should resend my info. (address etc.) via snailmail. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
