What makes him legend status [nearly!] , in my mind, is that he’s letting me store and make surfboard stuff out there !

well , today a fairly new neighbour (who I had helped a lot recently , as well!) ,made it …er… VERY clear shall we say , that I " wasn’t to glass boards any more" [!] [because she hated the smell…and I’ve been doing it here for close on 13 YEARS, without anyone complaining ! damn !!!

It’s the end of an era for me here , I guess. In reality, I DID have a VERY good run, and good neighbours. I’m thankful that I was able to make about I think it was close to ten boards? here over those 13 years, so I can’t complain too much, I guess. My brother was amazed I hadn’t been reported to the E.P.A. years ago, already !
I still have 4 or 5 boards to work on at the moment , so obviously I’m not going to push my luck…with no money and nowhere else this close to the beach this cheap, I’m not wanting eviction, THAT’S for sure!

I DEFINATELY want to do my 6’9 stringerless in epoxy. After this particular …umm…‘episode’… I think it might be time I tried epoxy, anyway ! [fin panels could be difficult with it, though ? or not ? ]
