There was another thread about ''tri-plane hull'' where we came up with three distinct types of bottoms using the same words to describe. The double concave between the feet was one, the Greenough-credited forward roll (w/flat panel center, blended) was another, and this kind of bottom was third. The first board I ever owned was like this one, but it was by Daytona Beach Surfboards; probably shaped by George Miller. It was 6'10'' and I bought it used in June of 1968.

Mark Sedlak (top competitor, lifeguard in the islands) and Corky Carrol designed this for Hobie… old surfer mag has ad about it.
