Well this hot curl idea has really got me I love old school stuff! so I had to have a go! I just finished my first hollow outa 4mm mahogany ply looks great. So I planned this hot curl to try out. It’s not really done in the “Jensen Method” no patons , cork or centre stringers… I lofted this puppy! But dimentions when done should be 7’8", 19" at the wide point 12" forward of centre, 2 1/2" thick from the wide point, 3" nose rocker 1" tail. It’s 7mm pine ply lighter than the 4mm!
