I have a lot of off cuts from a project and was thinking that they might be useful as skins. There are enough for several boards. min.1/4" thickness X 3 1/3" x 36"+
I could plane them to 3/16"

so well said again ASIII. I have an ample stash and would share the wealth. The wood is special, ages to a nice dark hue, and could compliment some nice curves. I chose to resaw off the excess material for a second use as apposed to planning it into dust.
As of yesterday some of it is gone. There is still enough for a couple of short boards, or one longer board.
