how bad is foam dust to breath?

i always forget to put my mask on.  my sinuses hurt after.  how bad is the dust for your lungs too?

Try balsa dust,then foam dust won’t seem so bad.

   Howzit grof, Make a big sign that says" Put on your mask " and put it right over where you put your planer, that ought to do it. Any kind of dust that is associated with board building is not good for you.Aloha,Kokua

toxicity issues aside…small particulates in teh lungs is bad juju…period.
