How do I change rocker on BoardCAD?

Sorry you guys, dumb question but how do I change the rocker on boardCAD while leaving the thickness alone? Also, what rockers do you guys suggest?  First build, I’m wanting to make a simple small wave hws.

http://www.usblanks.com/catalog/downloads/ Some folks use blank catalogs to reverse engineer rocker.

I would not want to do #1 as a self-designed HWS. I would get some plans of a proven design.
