6’ fish extruded ps epoxy. I want it bullet proof, but as lite a possible. Currently have 2.5 lbs in the blank. Thanks for the response. So far my glassing experience is limited to fixing a hole in my boat, an some dings in my poly resin Maya funshape.

lay out and cut to shape your glass you are going to need two layers of 6oz on the deck and one on the bottom. then pour on the epoxy you have measured and mixed and saturate the cloth, tuck your laps and squeege out the excess. sand your laps, wipe down with denatured alcohol, laminate the other side. Hot coat. and sand. this is all in the archives.
