How to shape a Plastic board

I love my 10 foot bic so much, and i want to start shaping. but i want to make my board out of plastic like a bic. because they don’t ding. is their anyway i can do this? i want to make a 7’8" twinzer stub fish with a beak nose like tom curran usto have. i have and old planer than i am gonna use, i don’t know if it is any good its a skil 100 big heavy thing. its a piece of junk and old, but i figure to cut up PVC it will do the trick. my friend dad was a carpenter before and he gave me a couple of those things. but if anyone knows were i can get a blank to do that i would be very happy. thanks a bunch! -Jimmy

Wish I had a Skil 100. By the way, I think those boards are moulded not shaped.
