How would you improve the ding repair kits?

Im doing some research on improving ding repair kits on the market today and though this was the best place to start with people who most likely use them. So any thoughts or ideas on how to improve the ding repair kits would be great.

Thanks

Make them suitcase sized and include five gallons of uv sanding resin. A variable speed random orbital sander a can of 3M spray adhesive, a gas powered electric generator, Scissors, a roll of 4 oz, a squeegee, gloves, acetone, three minute epoxy, fin boxes, rovings, fins…

Include clear stickers so those of us who procrastinate on small repairs don’t drown our boards. Maybe a little man that does good repair work and also fits in the suitcase as sirwanks suggested.

geez, as ugly as my ding repair is, it’d be nice

if they came with a father to bless the thing before

it goes in the water again.

I’ve always wondered why they’re so freaking stingy with the sandpaper. You get like a 2" square of 100 grit, fer goodness sake. I’d pack at least a 4" square of 80 grit for the prep and a 4" square of 150 for the final fairing.

They can start my making the roll less bulky. 50 yards is way more duct tape than anybody really needs and that just makes the roll unnecessarily bulky. A simple one or two yard kit would make it more compact for easier carry and storage.

Oh yes, and a popsicle stick to use as a wax putty knife. That keeps the fingers away from the fiberglass edges.

Silly putty for a resin barrier.

LATEX GLOVES!

It’s funny how many of these ding repair kits can get super complicated but forget the gloves. They’re cheap and make the ding repair alot less stressful.

They could add some wax paper since they usually only have lam resin and with the wax paper you can place it over the resin coat after the glass coat so you can sand it better. This would take the place of S.A…Aloha,Kokua

gloves, several popsicle sticks, 100grit paper, 200 wet and dry paper, wax paper, clear packing tape, the blue masking tape that dosn’t leave gunk, sanding resin (not lam) and enough MEK to allow the ever popular hot batch! O! and someone else to do the repair!

How about a crying towel…lol.

Thanks for the replys guys there was a few things i didnt think of we will see what i can come up this
