Hey guys I am just starting out 8’5’’ longboard and was looking for sugestions for some demensions on it. I was wondering if there was a online index of templates and demensions anywhere. I want this board to be fairly thick up front for easy paddling and wave catching. More of a grom board if there is such a shape.

Thicker in the back = easy wave catching.
Thicker in front allows you to paddle from further forwards, and drive your nose 2’ below the water as you are standing up.

Danman - Look in the “Resources” section for 8-0 to 8-11 boards. There’s plenty shown that might help you - board pics and dimensions etc. Then, make your own template and go to town…Have fun with it.
