Indo dreaming and chasing swaylock points

Can anyone tell me why I am only recieving one point per post when the members section tells me it should be 3 for a new topic and 3 for a photo ?

At least your getting points. I’ve replied to a few posts lately, and according to the members section, I should receive 1 point ea. I haven’t received any and if I “click” on the My Account button at top right of the page, I receive a white screen with nothing.
