Insight on this old Harbor

Hey guys,

Just looking to see if anybody has some info on this old Harbor. Year it was shaped maybe and any other info you can provide. I DO NOT plan on selling it. Maybe looking to try and restore it a little or at least get it water tight. It a cool little shape about 8’6’’ and has a single fin box. I’ll try and get some more pics up as well. Any insight you can provide on her would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is spelled Harbour, as that is the guy’s last name. If you can find a serial number, Rich Harbour is really accomodating about providing info on the boards that bear his name.

Maybe, try the Harbour Surfboards website? I think it includes a forum.

Also, the links that seem to point to your pictures do not work.

“PAGE NOT FOUND”

Ya know?

some of the 70s harbour's weren't logged in a book.

hope you find what you're looking for.

I have found that if you click on the users’ name, and go to their profile page, the pictures are often there.  As they are in this case, for anyone who wants to look.  Sorry I don’t have time to move them…

Hey guys, sorry my internet connection has been super slow, thus making it really frustrating trying to check up on my post and fix the pictures. Sorry the pictures didn’t work. Ill try and take some new ones and post those up correctly (if my internet ever works). Apologize for spelling Harbour wrong, we all make mistakes. Ill post the pics up on the Harbour site and get some info there as well.

I found one photo of the logo/lam. It looks like a common one used on Harbours in the transition era.  Given that it’s an 8’6", it’s most likely from 1968, or maybe early '69.
