Hi Charlie, I love how you do the concaves under the wood veneer when you vacuum the skin on. Makes it a lot easier than shaping them into the foam.

can actually somebody prove that the board in the turn flexes in the right direction ? if you take a HPSB with wide point back and imagine that youre basicaly standing on the ends of planning area, with the wide point in between feets the board might as well flex up, decreasing rocker…
The thickest section of the board is usually in the middle.
Stiffness is directly proportional to the cube of thickness…
