Poly resin at Mitch's Surf Shop, La Jolla or Solana Bch, . Don't know about Sureluster.
Hey Scott - in addition to Mitchs you can get resin (& glass) at Fiberlay, down off Morena blvd. They also have a very nice gloss resin, although its bit pricey.
When you get to the G&P stage I can spot you some polish if you dont want to buy a gallon, or you can just bring it over and buff it out at my place.
Another option is Fiberglass Source, in Oceanside near the Airport. They supply to many of the manufacturers in the valley.
