What I did was get the url of the photo, then post it with standard html code.
so unless you have the photo somewhere already on internet, you almost have to post the photo like always, as a file at the end, then get the url from the pic, use it in your new post with commentary after, and then delete the original post. Kind of a hassle, maybe someone else can offer a better way - should we start a separate thread and ask?
