Patents are dead, you shouldn’t invest money in them.
What can be copied, will be copied. No one cares who was the first one.
The real challenge is to make a good board using that tail, not inventing that tail.
Businesses should be build around copying and getting copied.
Only a good shaper is able to copy the good parts of others.
after Clark went down Ray and I used a car battery starter/charger to cut our own blanks from a LARGE block of 2# EPS .
Template it
Cut it
Shape it
Glass it
Ride it
Can you adjust hotwire temperatures with reasonable accuracy between 400-750 F with battery charger, volts, amps, wire length and gauge?
Do you know how to make a simple low voltage , variable output hotwire power source with a transformer and Home Depot supplies?
Stoneburner knows what stoneburner knows.

Unless you are willing to defend your Patent by court You will lose your Patent. There is more money in Copy Righting your Logo. Just ask Rusty. That Bi " R " made a lot of money for him.
That does not mean he is not a very talented shaper. His Boards got a lot more attention once he started useing That R as his Logo.
Your 12-volt hotwire trumps my 12-volt hotwire.
Patents are like poker. If you cannot call the raise, you lose.

I can piss further then all of you
in fact I invented pissing contests
to demonstrate my prowess
some might think my hydraulic superiority
is due to the tail I was endowed with
the key really isn’t the tail however
it’s what comes out of the tail

A long time ago a friend said to me, aussies without an ego sould go to America, they’ll soon get one.
From all the shit I’ve been reading in here, other sites and hearing from crew.
Thats exactly what my shy pimple faced old mate Tommo has done.
Fancy ‘calling out’ Lost and CI, over a tail shape.
Feet on the ground now.
Peace
