Just a simple question about logging in and posting and so on.

Wow, since about two weeks ago, I have been having unbelievable problems logging in to Swaylocks.  Then about 3 days ago, I was able to log in again using an old password.  So I guess when we click to get sent new temporary passwords, sometimes they keep the oldest one that we were successful with or something like that.

But now that I’m sort of halfway-logged in, I get Access Denied on the screen about as often as not.

Just wondering if these troubles have been experienced by anyone else at any time, and particularly if it’s happened in the last couple weeks.

 

I would like to troubleshoot this problem.  I emailed support but then when I got in with my old password, I told them not to worry about it.  I had wanted to log

in to get a private message but it turned out to be one of those Dr. Zuki’s looking for money.  It was a spammer-con-artist.

 

Any help appreciated.

Our server was hit with the flu about 2 weeks ago and hasn’t been the same since. I am in discussions with some people regarding upgrading our system. It may be a while, but it’s in the works. Until then, you’ll just have to deal with the speedbumps. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cool, an explanation, that’s all I need.  That way I don’t have to look into Internet issues like IP addresses and so forth.  Servers getting the flu is why I clone my hard-drives every two years.  I wish you the best of luck getting those problems solved - must be a royal pain!
