Post up a photo of your own “shaper signature”…
Just block letters here - I started out with that and it stuck...
Different to my bank-cheque signature. I guess I just had difficulty writing with that same flourish on foam. Then I stayed with the stringer as it moved from centre to rail.
Also I put the nose, centre and tail width in sequence from the nose. Habit.

I hate writing on the foam! So im doing a little info box printed on rice paper with a logo in it and all dimensions etc, can personalise it with a pencil signature …
I have really bad writing and drawing skills, so I’ve adopted a logo which I sorta copied from the kimono I got married in.

I have bad handwriting, so I try to keep it simple and spend more time on the logo. Plus freehand wood burning means I can’t make any mistakes…I keep it as straightforward as I can.
The “tO” is my “signature”/initials.
